We are seeking a Restaurant Manager for Pancho Villa Express in Tornio. The candidate should have good interpersonal skills and previous supervisory experience. In this role you will be responsible for staffing shifts, performance, and orders. You will lead a team by example, filling shifts in both the dining room and kitchen as needed. The position is permanent, part-time, 90 hours over 3 weeks. We offer a permanent part-time contract within one of Finland's largest franchised restaurant chains, thorough onboarding and support from supervisors, a pleasant workplace with a relaxed atmosphere, and good staff benefits. Requirements include experience in supervisory work, strong communication skills, experience in kitchen and/or dining tasks, and a desire to learn and grow in the role.
