Responsibilities
- Lead, support, and develop a team of Media Buyers
- Build and maintain relationships with media partners
- Use performance data and market insights
- Set objectives and motivate team to meet targets
- Monitor team performance
- Collaborate with internal teams
- Encourage accountability and knowledge sharing
Requirements
- 4+ years of media buying experience
- 2+ years in management or leadership roles
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
- Degree in marketing/technology/business or related field desirable
