Department Manager

We are seeking a nursing leadership professional for a permanent position as head of nursing care at Anjalan Iltarusko, responsible for quality customer service in the unit, daily frontline leadership, and nursing tasks. When needed you will also participate in resident care. Experience and vision in supervision, ability to organize and develop unit operations in changing situations, and strong cooperation skills in a multi-disciplinary team are valued. Previous supervisory experience and good knowledge of elderly housing services are advantageous. Leadership skills, stress tolerance, decision-making, and IT skills are beneficial. We want someone who is present in daily work, supports the team, and develops operations together.
