About the opportunity We are looking for a Fleet Performance & Analytics Specialist to drive continuous improvement in the performance of the delivery fleet in LATAM. What challenges await you? Evolve regional schemes for fleet availability and order execution, defining performance standards and optimization mechanisms. Design and lead the regional incentives matrix, evaluating elasticity models to maximize spend effectiveness and fleet connectivity. Develop scalable analytical tools and models that transform large data volumes into strategic recommendations for operations. Lead the evolution of the Rider Scoring model, adding metrics and segmentations that enhance alignment with the business. Diagnose root causes in deviations of order acceptance and execution, proposing and implementing improvements within the rider app. What you need to be successful What we expect from you? University degree or advanced in Data Science, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Business Administration or related fields. Prior experience in performance analysis, operations analytics, strategy or logistics optimization. Advanced and autonomous handling of databases via SQL, Excel and data visualization platforms (Python, R or product knowledge valued). Experience in structuring complex problems, analytical methodologies and development of impact measurement models.
