Requirements include a healthy lifestyle, passion for training, ability to inspire and motivate others, good communication skills, and over 18 years old. A basic diploma or certificate in training science, anatomy, and physiology is required, or you can take an online course via Improve Education. We offer free SATS training courses valued between 5000–50000 SEK, including GXI Introduction, Foundation courses in various training categories, and product-specific training. The next recruitment event is on September 6, 2026, at SATS Malmö City.
