Group Exercise Instructor

SATS offers the largest selection of group training in the Nordics, and we are always looking for more inspiring instructors. As an instructor at SATS, you make a difference by creating a healthier and happier lifestyle among our members. You will work in a team of energetic colleagues who love training and are dedicated to delivering fantastic training experiences by welcoming and motivating all members in each session! Requirements include a healthy lifestyle, passion for training, ability to inspire and motivate others, good communication skills, and over 18 years old. A basic diploma or certificate in training science, anatomy, and physiology is required, or you can take an online course via Improve Education. We offer free SATS training courses valued between 5000–50000 SEK, including GXI Introduction, Foundation courses in various training categories, and product-specific training. The next recruitment event is on September 6, 2026, at SATS Malmö City.
