Kotka city personnel affairs unit seeks a wellbeing specialist in permanent public service, starting 5.4.2027, and temporary until 4.4.2027 if needed. The wellbeing specialist is responsible for planning, development, implementation and strategic coordination of wellbeing functions, supports managers and employees in wellbeing and workability matters, handles health and pension cooperation, and coordinates wellbeing plan. The role trains supervisors in wellbeing topics and promotes development of wellbeing in the organisation. Suitable higher education degree or a former social- and health-sector institute-level degree required. Knowledge of municipal collective agreements and social security system is an advantage, as is experience in supervision. Strong collaboration skills are essential.
