Lead and coordinate the quantum security development program at Kelassa. Responsibilities include program leadership and coordination, current-state assessment, risk management and prioritization, roadmap preparation, stakeholder and supplier collaboration, pilot preparations, and program execution. Deliverables include current-state analysis, cryptographic inventory model, risk analysis and prioritization model, supplier readiness, target architecture, multi-year transition roadmap, action plan, and decision-support materials. The role is permanent with start date by agreement. Workplace either in Helsinki or Jyväskylä, with partial remote work. Working language is Finnish. - Ability to act as advisor to the leadership
