Our office in the Bulevardi block in the center of Järvenpää was completed in late 2022, and it is designed for modern working; spaces are available for every need. What you will do with us As an early childhood education specialist, you will support the director of early childhood education and the service managers of early childhood education to achieve strategic and operational goals. In your role, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating the expertise of early childhood education staff and work in cooperation with various educational institutions. Your duties also include evaluating and developing the quality, pedagogy, and curricula of early childhood education. You will acquire information to support decision-making and develop solutions both independently and together with your team. You will perform work that has long-term and significant impacts on early childhood education. What we expect from you Success in the position requires: - Strong subject matter expertise in early childhood education and the ability to utilize research-based information in operational development - Excellent interaction and cooperation skills - Ability to work independently and strong self-management skills - Commitment to a community-led operational culture - Strong expertise in utilizing digital solutions Experience in development and specialist roles within early childhood education is considered an advantage.
