We are now looking for a skilled, development-oriented, and proactive HRIS Specialist to join our People & Culture team at our headquarters in Helsinki Pitäjänmäki. The position is full-time, permanent, with the possibility of partial remote work. In the first years, your responsibilities will focus on the implementation of our new HR system, especially related to compensation and benefits processes. The project progresses gradually, so you will work on multiple project phases simultaneously. Your tasks include defining and testing new functionalities, supporting the deployment of completed modules, and managing C&B in the new system. Data management, quality assurance, and migration tasks are also part of your role. Your responsibilities will include: - Participating in defining, configuring, and testing compensation and benefits processes in the new HR system. - Contributing to process and system development within your area. - Planning and executing system rollouts together with the project team and business. - Training and supporting system users. - Maintaining and managing C&B processes in the new system as the project progresses. - Ensuring the quality and integrity of personnel data. To succeed in this role, we expect you to have: - Solid experience in HR system implementation projects, including definition, testing, deployment, and user support. - Knowledge of salary and benefits processes from a system perspective. - Practical experience and understanding of administrative tasks and core HR functions. - Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work smoothly with various stakeholders. - Ability to understand and connect business needs, HR processes, and system solutions. - Precise, careful, and systematic working style, especially in data handling. - Ability to communicate clearly and fluently in Finnish and English.
