Nurse

Nurse position at Esperi Hoivakoti Oskar in Kaarina, Finland. The unit provides around-the-clock assisted living for about 30 elderly residents in a warm, home-like environment near Piikkiön keskustan. The nurse will serve as a clinical expert within the unit, handling tasks including medication administration, monitoring, taking laboratory samples, participating in direct resident care and activities, and contributing to medication plans under supervision. The role emphasizes close collaboration with doctors, families, and other stakeholders. The position is permanent, full-time, with 2-shift work. Salary follows the private social services collective agreement; base pay ranges from 2,811.09 to 3,071.09 EUR/month (from 1 September 2026), plus a unit-specific allowance of 150 EUR/month once medication permits are completed. Requirements include a current nursing degree, active nursing licenses, hygienic passport, infection-control vaccination according to law, a social and health care professional card, fluent Finnish (B1 or higher) with proof upon request, interest in elder care, good teamwork and service attitude; experience with DomaCare and MS Office is a plus.
