Occupational Health Physician

We are now looking for a skilled and motivated Regional Occupational Health Physician to join our team. You will lead and develop occupational health services in collaboration with the regional lead, service managers, and other health professionals. Your responsibilities include overseeing the medical aspects of multiple units in Rovaniemi, Kemijärvi, Sodankylä, Levi, and Inari. You will develop multidisciplinary teamwork and new directions in occupational health, participate in client work, and have opportunities to grow in leadership and client management. The role is full-time and permanent, with approximately 40% dedicated to the chief physician role and 60% to client responsibilities, which can be performed as a freelancer or in direct employment. You will work within a strong, supportive multidisciplinary team including nurses, physiotherapists, dietitians, and psychologists.
