For more information, visit www.serres.com Shape the Future of a Global Medical Device Portfolio We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Marketing Manager to drive the success of Serres global medical device product portfolio including commercial product success, profitability, and lifecycle management. This is a strategic role that combines deep product management expertise with advanced product marketing capabilities, including pricing strategy, market mix optimization, portfolio expansion, as well as innovation planning, concepting and positioning. We are looking for a professional who combines strong strategic product management expertise with hands-on commercial experience in pricing, tendering, market development, and international commercialization. Previous experience within the medical device industry especially in perioperative and critical care environments, as well as an understanding of healthcare purchasing and workflow needs are essential for success in this role. You will work in upstream product management with close collaboration with sales and marketing, industrial and channel partners, end customers, and cross-functional stakeholders across international markets. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong financial acumen, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to lead change, influence cross-functional stakeholders, and develop high-performing teams in a regulated, global environment. The role can be based in Finland, Sweden, Denmark, or Germany and includes regular international travel. Key Responsibilities Product & Portfolio Leadership: Own end-to-end lifecycle management of medical device products; define portfolio strategy, value propositions, product ideas and concept as well as product differentiation; lead portfolio optimization and extensions. Product Marketing & Market Mix: Develop and execute global product marketing strategies; manage the product market mix; support sales with product messaging, training, and launch excellence. Pricing & Profitability Management: Design global and propose local pricing strategies; own product profitability; lead pricing governance, margin optimization, and value-based pricing and tendering approaches. Innovation & Growth Planning: Build business cases for innovations and extensions; lead launch planning; identify unmet needs and growth opportunities through market insights. Negotiation & Stakeholder Management: Act as a professional negotiator in complex commercial discussions; influence senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders. Leadership & Change Management: Lead and mentor product professionals, drive change for successful product innovation, uphold quality, compliance and ethical standards. What We Expect From You Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in product management, product marketing, or related strategic commercial roles within the medical device industry, including responsibility for global product portfolios. Experience with medical devices and disposable products; clinical and product experience in operating room (OR) and/or intensive care unit (ICU) environments is a requirement to be successful in this role and will be a determinator in selecting candidates for this role. Proven experience in upstream and downstream product management, including strategic product development, positioning, launch planning, and commercialization. Demonstrated success in launching innovative products and solutions in international medical device markets. Experience in product training, commercial leadership, business development, tendering, or sales within hospital environments. Strong expertise in pricing strategy, profitability management, value-based pricing, and financial analysis. Deep understanding of product management and commercialization best practices. Knowledge of MDR regulations and ISO 13485 requirements. Strong strategic thinking, negotiation, stakeholder management, and influencing skills. Proven people influencing and change management experience. Experience working across international markets and multicultural teams. Ability and willingness to travel internationally, approximately 50 days per year. Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in additional languages is considered an advantage.
