Master Barista

Master Barista is responsible for ensuring and developing the quality of coffee and other products and for strengthening guest experience by training and supporting cafe staff. The role acts as the cafe’s ambassador and role model, promoting the company values, culture and operating methods. The holder is also part of the cafe Leader Team, which includes cafe supervisors. We provide thorough onboarding and our EH academy trains all staff to become Baristas. Salary starts at 12.71 €/h with 0-2 years of experience, plus bonuses; after 6 months an additional 0.50 €/h, and after 12 months another 0.50 €/h, resulting in 13.71 €/h with bonuses after a year. In addition to the role, you should have prior cafe experience and training ability, be a positive role model, energetic and able to work in a fast-paced environment, consistently produce high-quality products and guest experiences, enjoy sales, communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues, take responsibility, and be committed for the long term.
