The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining executive dashboards, operational scorecards, KPI frameworks, and automation solutions that provide actionable insights across IT Service Management (ITSM), Infrastructure Operations, Cloud Services, Asset Management, and Financial Reporting domains.</p>

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards, scorecards, and reports for executive and operational stakeholders.
- Create KPI dashboards and performance management frameworks.
- Build reporting solutions for SLA, Incident, Service Request, Problem, Change, Asset & Configuration, Service Desk, Network, Infrastructure, Cloud Operations, and Financial Reporting.
- Deliver customer-facing reports for Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Business Reviews.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Engineering, or related discipline.
