Early Childhood Social Worker

A permanent position at Vantaa City in the early education department. The role involves planning, implementing and evaluating pedagogical activities as part of a multidisciplinary team, and coordinating family education collaboration. You will contribute to children’s wellbeing and participation, and help develop services and new practices to support well-being and community. The unit operates with inclusive leadership and aims to create a collaborative, encouraging work climate. The role is in a 2–4 year-olds group at Ylästö Daycare Center, working together with a preschool teacher and a childminder. The job includes opportunities for professional development and involvement in local networks. Salary range is 3113–3218 EUR per month, with additional allowances 3–8% based on experience.
