We are hiring an employee for the following location: Vantaa. Demand at Renoa is strong and business is brisk, so we are now looking for sales representatives in several locations to offer quality services that are easy to stand behind. What is the work about? Around 100 water damage incidents occur in Finland every day, most of them involving domestic water and sewer pipes (source: Federation of Finnish Financial Services, Leakage Damage Survey 2012–2013). In addition, more than 2,000 emergency assignments each year are related to building fires or fire hazards caused by electricity (source: Tukes, Electrical Fires). Your work will help prevent damage and extend the service life of homes by ensuring that the necessary plumbing, sewer or electrical renovations are carried out. You will specialise in one of these services. What is the work like, and how do I get started? At the beginning of your employment, you will join a 12-week sales training programme. It is designed to ensure that you have acquired the knowledge and skills needed to succeed in your work and make sales. A successful salesperson’s most important skill is acquiring customers. We will make sure that you learn to do this efficiently and correctly from the start. You will arrange appointments in your own calendar, and later our customer acquisition staff will arrange some of the appointments. The work is independent in nature, and achieving results requires repetition, persistence and disciplined effort. You will nevertheless receive precise support: your supervisor at Renoa knows from experience what starting out in sales feels like. You can also get useful advice while on the road and during customer visits—the managers or installers are available by phone to help. What is Renoa? Tell me more. Of course! We professionally carry out plumbing renovations, sewer pipe relining, electrical renovations and air-to-water heat pump installations in detached homes and small properties.
