Sales Assistant

We are looking for energetic, goal-oriented and eager-to-learn salespeople for a permanent position as part of our motivating working community. As a Sector Alarm salesperson you are genuinely important — helping secure people’s homes, giving peace of mind to their everyday life and, at best, saving lives. Home security demand continues to grow. We offer consumers and small businesses Finland’s most highly rated service-based alarm system. Our Trustpilot rating is an impressive 4.8/5, reflecting satisfied customers. Your workday includes training, field visits to residential areas, and daily team debriefs to share learnings and celebrate successes. You will handle customer needs, present tailored solutions, and the dedicated installation team takes care of equipment. We emphasize listening and clear communication. Roles offer progression within Sector Way Academy’s five-stage sales training program, and strong team support and recognition through competitions and awards. The compensation includes commission and monthly bonuses; top sellers earn over €6,000 per month, with an average around €2,200.
