While you will serve as the primary administrator for our learning technology ecosystem, including our LMS and supporting learning tools, your success will be measured by program adoption, certification growth, learner engagement, and ecosystem development rather than platform administration alone. Evaluate emerging AI tools and capabilities that improve learner support, program administration, and operational scalability. Develop repeatable systems that allow education programs to grow without linear increases in administrative effort. Drive Certification and Ecosystem Growth Support the growth and adoption of Pigment certification programs across customers and partners. Help develop certification pathways that support learner progression from foundational to advanced expertise. Partner with stakeholders to drive awareness, participation, and completion rates. Support train-the-trainer initiatives that expand Pigment's education delivery capacity. Contribute to the growth of the broader implementation talent ecosystem through scalable education programs. Leverage AI-assisted engagement strategies to improve learner activation, certification completion, and program participation. Use data and predictive insights to identify opportunities to improve learner progression through certification pathways. Experiment with AI-enabled approaches for talent ecosystem growth and readiness. Own Learning Technology and Systems Serve as primary administrator for the LMS and supporting learning technologies. Design scalable learning operations that combine platform capabilities, workflow automation, and AI-driven processes. Partner with internal teams to integrate learning systems with business systems and AI-enabled workflows. Evaluate and implement emerging AI capabilities that improve learning operations, personalization, content discoverability, and learner engagement. Maintain governance, data quality, security, and platform integrity while continuously improving operational efficiency. Measure, Analyze, and Improve Use AI-powered analytics and reporting tools to identify trends in learner behavior, certification adoption, and program effectiveness. Develop dashboards that provide actionable insights to stakeholders across Customer Education, Partner Enablement, and Customer Experience. Leverage predictive and behavioral data to improve learner journeys and certification outcomes. Continuously identify opportunities where automation and AI can improve operational performance and learner experience. AI and Automation Mindset Demonstrated experience leveraging AI, automation, or workflow orchestration tools to improve operational efficiency. Strong curiosity about emerging AI technologies and their application to learning, enablement, and program operations.
