Expert Project Subcontracting - Electrical

Explore your tasks and responsibilities\nOverall responsibility for the tendering, negotiation, award, and administration of subcontract and supply contracts with values in the multi-million-euro range. Commercial evaluation of subcontractor bids and preparation of well-founded award recommendations. Negotiation and execution of contracts. Commercial management of subcontracts. Monitoring and performance tracking of subcontractors. Identification of risks and performance deviations through proactive planning and close stakeholder communication. Review, evaluation, and management of change orders and claims. Close collaboration with the Project Management team and internal departments to ensure smooth project execution. Continuous process optimization through regular feedback and the implementation of lessons learned. Regular reporting to the Project Procurement Manager.\nShow your expertise\nCompleted degree in Business Administration, Electrical Engineering, or a related field; alternatively, a commercial qualification/training combined with relevant professional experience. Several years’ experience in project management in large-scale projects, preferably in the construction or plant engineering industry. Solid knowledge in a relevant electrical engineering discipline. Understanding of project execution models (EPC, EPCM, etc.) is an advantage. Very good IT skills, particularly MS Office and ERP systems (ideally SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba, RIB iTWO). Knowledge of handling contracts in accordance with VOB, BGB or HOAI is a plus. Fluent German language skills and good written and spoken English skills. Flexibility and willingness to travel nationally, with on-site work depending on the project phase. Excellent communication skills and resilience under pressure.
