Lead the factory’s end-to-end supply chain, coordinating procurement, materials flow, storage and logistics to ensure customer promises are met. You will work with production, sales and finance to develop supply chain models and monitor performance with the cluster’s procurement head. The role is based in Oulainen and requires on-site presence.

Responsibilities
- Lead the factory’s end-to-end supply chain and ensure alignment across materials, inventory, logistics and procurement to meet customer commitments
- Direct customer service and purchasing teams and collaborate with production, sales and finance
Requirements
- Suitable university degree
- At least five years of experience in supply chain-, procurement-, and/or logistics leadership roles
- Experience in people management
- Understanding of procurement, material handling and warehouse processes
- Experience with ERP systems
- Analytical and improvement-focused mindset
- Fluent in Finnish and English
