Earthworks Worker / Excavator Assistant

We are looking for a hardworking and motivated earthworks worker/excavator assistant for long-term employment in Kirkkonummi. Full weekly hours are available, and the aim is to find an employee for a long-term position. In the role, you will work on varied earthworks as a partner to an excavator operator. Duties include finishing excavations and work areas, taking measurements, and using machinery and tools. We require: - Previous experience in similar earthworks - Occupational Safety Card - Skills in using a vibrating plate compactor - Experience using a rotary laser and other lasers - Skills in operating a ride-on roller - Good physical fitness - A flexible and hardworking approach - Ability to listen to and absorb work instructions - Fluent Finnish We particularly value initiative, a positive attitude and a desire to work carefully. It is important that you can work as part of a crew, listen to instructions and apply them in practical work.
