Early Childhood Teacher

We are seeking an Early Childhood Teacher for Tiedonjyvän päiväkoti in Vantaa. The role is permanent and located at the day care center’s home base. You will work as part of a team of three educators in a warm, child-centered environment with attention to acoustics, differentiated activities, and interaction with children of different ages. You will contribute to building a warm, playful and safe operating culture guided by positive pedagogy, under ProVaka principles. The workplace is in Valkoisenlähteentie, well connected by public transport near Hiekkaharju and Tikkurila train stations. The person will support families, collaborate with a wide multi-professional network, and engage in ongoing professional development. Employment details: full-time, 38 h 15 min per week, shifts typically 7:30–16:30, six-month probation, salary 3129.71–3234 €/month, additional allowances for qualifications and master’s degree.
