Maintenance personnel / Maintenance technician We are looking for a maintenance person to strengthen Pretech’s team in Pori. Pretech specializes in industrial surface treatment and maintenance. We serve demanding industrial customers and emphasize quality and safety. We are now seeking a practical and responsible maintenance person to ensure smooth operation of our equipment and production. Role description: As a maintenance person you are responsible for e.g. preventive maintenance of production equipment and lines; diagnosing mechanical and possible electrical/automation faults; maintenance documentation; collaboration with production and other staff; ensuring safe working practices. Work is mainly day shifts, but occasional evening or weekend work and on-call may be needed. What we expect from you: suitable technical education (e.g. machine and production technology, electrician, automation) OR strong practical experience in industrial maintenance; ability to fault-find independently and solve problems; basic skills in mechanical installation; welding or electrical skills are a plus; willingness to learn new equipment and systems; good Finnish language skills; English is a plus; careful and safety-conscious demeanor.
