Pipe Fitter

Pipe fitting positions at a customer site in Turku. We are seeking motivated and skilled pipe fitters for the shipyard in Turku. Your tasks mainly include pipe installations in various facilities. You will work closely with other professionals, so good teamwork is essential. Success in the role requires precision, an independent work approach and problem-solving ability. Requirements include prior experience in pipe installations on a shipyard, the ability to install piping in engine rooms, fuel systems, ballast water systems and fire suppression systems using materials such as thick-walled steel pipes, stainless steel, copper-nickel and large cast iron pipes. You should be able to join pipes mainly by welding. Education in the field is considered an advantage. Good teamwork skills. Valid certificates. Language skills: good Finnish and/or Russian.
