Early Childhood Social Worker

The Early Childhood Social Worker will join a multidisciplinary team at Ylästö Daycare, contributing to pedagogical planning, implementation, and evaluation. You will be responsible for family collaboration, promoting inclusion, and guiding children, families, and guardians. The role involves developing services and new practices to support child welfare and community well-being, in collaboration with other professionals. The position is located at Ylästö Daycare, a six-group facility near Ylästö School, with access to nearby parks and forests. You will work with 2–4 year-olds alongside a preschool teacher and a teaching assistant.
