Recruitment Training

Recruitment training program offers the opportunity to develop and deepen your expertise in sales, marketing, communications and financial administration across a variety of tasks, as well as in specialist and leadership roles in technology and construction. The program content is broad and defined individually taking into account the applicant’s background and the role of the collaborating organization. The goal of the training is to employ the participants in these fields, and the program is designed to support this objective. If you find a collaborating organization, you will deepen your expertise in training days and work in tasks matching your skills and interests. This combination enables you to apply what you have learned immediately in practice and strongly supports your employability. Places in the training are limited and filled in order of confirmation. The aim is that after the training you sign an employment contract and move into roles where you can utilise your developed skills. Applications can be made until 31 August 2026.
