METAL WORKERS FOR THE YARD STARTUP PRODUCTION We are seeking skilled metal workers for our client SATA Shipbuilding Oy in the yard startup production. We offer diverse tasks related to steel pre‑finishing and assembly in a modern shipyard environment. We are especially looking for people with experience in burning/oxy-fuel cutting, plasma cutting, sheet metal work, or welding. Tasks depend on your skills and may include: - Burning and plasma cutting - Handling steel plates and profiles - Sheet metal work and partial assemblies - Welding at various production stages - Working according to drawings and work instructions - Ensuring quality and safety in your work We expect: - Experience in one or more of the following: burning/oxy fuel cutting, plasma cutting, sheet metal work, or welding - Good ability to read technical drawings - Basic ICT skills for production systems - Proactive and responsible work attitude - Good collaboration and teamwork - Willingness to work in shifts - Strong commitment to safe working practices Nice to have: - Previous experience in shipyard, metal or machine shop industries - Valid safety and hot-work certificates - Forklift experience - Welding qualifications We offer: - Diverse tasks as part of the yard startup production - Opportunity to develop your skills in a demanding industrial environment - Comprehensive onboarding - Support from an experienced team - Competitive pay and long-term employment SATA Shipbuilding Oy offers a permanent contract in a growing and developing company.
