Solution Operations Specialist

Atea’s product business is seeking reinforcement for the Solution Operations team in a permanent position, helping build Finland with information technology. You will work as part of Atea’s Hardware Services unit in close cooperation with sales, customers, manufacturers, wholesalers and internal stakeholders. Experienced colleagues and a strong culture of working together will support you. Our product business helps customers acquire IT solutions, equipment and services smoothly and cost-effectively. Our organisation of just over one hundred people is responsible for delivery and lifecycle services important to our customers, as well as supply-chain management. What is the role? As a Solution Specialist, you will be responsible for the smooth progress of orders, procurement and deliveries related to AV and infrastructure solutions. Your daily work consists of processing orders, purchasing, tracking deliveries, cooperating with suppliers and coordinating different stakeholders. You will also ensure that matters progress as planned and that customers receive the information they need at the right time. The role is operational, and success is based above all on organisational ability, initiative, accuracy and a desire to move things forward in cooperation with different parties. Your responsibilities include: - Processing solution orders and procurement. - Coordinating and tracking deliveries, including coordinating changes. - Monitoring the progress of project deliveries and invoicing. - Actively communicating with customers and internal stakeholders. - Acting as a contact person between customers, manufacturers, wholesalers and sales. - Investigating possible order and delivery exceptions and coordinating solutions. - Participating in operational meetings and continuously developing ways of working. You will succeed in the role if you: - Enjoy coordinating matters and seeing them through. - Work systematically, including under pressure. - Enjoy cooperating with different people and stakeholders. - Are proactive and solution-oriented. - Communicate clearly, both orally and in writing. - Want to learn new things and develop ways of working together with others. We expect you to have: - Experience in order management, procurement, coordination or similar operational work. - The ability to work smoothly with several simultaneous tasks and stakeholders. - Good interaction and collaboration skills. - Fluent Finnish and English. - The ability to learn new systems and ways of working. Previous experience in the IT sector, cooperation with wholesalers and manufacturers, or supply-chain management is considered an advantage, but is not essential.
