We are seeking a general practitioner for the student health service in Porin service point. The position is full-time (38 h 15 min/week) and permanent, starting 30 Sept 2026 or by agreement. It may also be a part-time arrangement. The work is hybrid, combining in-person and remote consultations. You will work with a diverse group of young adults on common health issues including mental health, skin diseases, musculoskeletal complaints, infections, and sexual health. The digital platform BeeHealth is used, with remote consultations and chat consultations included. We offer thorough induction, team and supervisor support, good opportunities for consultation, education to develop your competencies, and a meaningful role with a friendly patient group committed to care. Salary and terms are determined by YTHS and the Finnish Medical Association agreement. Monthly salary range for general practitioners is 6668–7348 €/mo; for specialists 7410–8167 €/mo. A personal salary component (6–24%) may be included. Certificates and statements are paid separately according to the collective agreement. We provide comprehensive occupational health services and the ePassi benefit and arrange wellbeing activities at service points. At YTHS, participation in a six-month specialization in general medicine can be approved. We expect you to hold a Licentiate of Medicine or specialist qualification and to have a licensed right to practice as a health professional. Good communication skills are desirable.
