Assistant Restaurant Manager

We are currently seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager for our lounge restaurant in Sättäri, Espoo. As an assistant restaurant manager you will be a key player in leading the team and will actively participate in customer service. You will work closely with the head chef and regional organization to develop the restaurant’s operations and ensure an excellent customer experience. You will also plan future events and occasions for the restaurant; the venue offers additional services such as cleaning and reception services, and you may participate in these areas as well and help improve them. Your actions should be guided by an excellent customer experience and you will play a significant role in fulfilling our customer promise. Working hours are primarily weekdays from 6am to 4pm, with flexibility as sometimes shifts may include evenings and weekends with prior arrangements. This is a full-time, permanent position. Start date as soon as possible. The position pays at least the wage level 5 under the Tourism, Restaurant and Leisure Services collective agreement based on years of experience, 2624–2855 EUR/month, with possible overtime pay based on actual hours. You will be expected to have strong hospitality sector experience, with at least five years in similar roles and relevant education (e.g., a restonomi degree). You should also have minimum two years of supervisory or leadership experience, hygiene and server licenses, first aid card, business metrics understanding and current IT skills, and excellent service attitude to ensure high-quality service with your team every day.
