Solution Manager will independently source mast and base station locations across Finland—from site identification to approved end result. Reports to Director of Land Use and Site Development and is part of Telecom business Towers unit, Sales Support team. You will identify and map new mast and base station sites nationwide—"Hangosta-Utsjolle". Field inspections and measurements are part of the duties. Negotiate land acquisitions with private landowners, organisations, municipalities and other stakeholders—leasing or purchase. Move sites to permitting phase: regulatory consultations, zoning statements, permitting management. Do advocacy work with municipalities and towns relating to mobile networks. Manage, renew and develop the existing mast and base station site agreements. Deliver ready-to-permit sites to the infra unit for construction or commercial use. You must be strong in negotiations, self-driven and able to push projects forward over long timeframes, even when decisions take time or uncertainty is part of daily life. Experience required in negotiations: land acquisition, permitting processes, contract management or similar roles (Site Acquisition, Property Manager, land-use manager or equivalent). Understanding of land and real estate asset management and related processes—contractual knowledge is familiar. At least AMK-level degree in surveying, applicable technical field or Telecom field. Proficient Finnish spoken and written; basic English. Willingness to travel around Finland. Living location is irrelevant. Technical orientation suffices—deep mobile network technology expertise not required, team support available. Swedish language skills are an advantage. Why Digita? Requirements
- AMK-level qualification in surveying or related technical/telecom field
- Fluent Finnish (speech and written)
- Basic English
- Willingness to travel nationwide across Finland
- Strong negotiation skills and experience in land acquisitions, permitting processes, or contract management
- Understanding of land and real estate assets management and related processes (contract law familiarity)
