We manufacture high-quality custom furniture for residential and public spaces according to our clients' individual needs. We are seeking a person to handle furniture frame and door order processing, technical modeling of custom-sized furniture frames, and production preparation for our furniture factory in Padasjoki. We produce custom-sized furniture frames tailored to our clients' individual needs with various material and color options, making the work diverse, variable, and technically challenging. The job combines technical modeling, problem-solving, and close collaboration with production. You will manage customer orders and ensure they proceed to production correctly, error-free, and on time. Success in this role requires excellent accuracy, as even small errors in dimensions, numbers, or structures are visible in the finished product. We value meticulousness, systematic work, good technical visualization skills, and the ability to understand furniture frame structures and mechanisms. This role is especially suitable for someone who enjoys precise work, solving technical challenges, and seeing the tangible results of their work in finished products. You will work daily in close cooperation with supervisors and other staff. The collaboration is straightforward, decisions are made quickly, and issues are resolved together. Your weekly tasks may include: · Handling furniture frame and door orders, technical inspection, and recording in ERP system · Technical modeling of custom-sized furniture frames using SketchUp and ensuring the functionality of structures and mechanisms · Creating CNC drilling programs for custom-sized furniture frames (Homag WoodWop) · Preparing production and production materials · Organizing and scheduling orders to meet agreed pickup and delivery times · Providing technical advice to customers via email and phone We expect from you: · Very precise and careful work approach · Ability to understand furniture frame structures and mechanisms · Ability to read and visualize technical drawings and images · Logical reasoning and problem-solving skills · Good IT skills and proficiency in Excel · Ability to work systematically even under pressure · Knowledge of materials used in furniture industry · Initiative, responsibility, and goal-oriented work attitude · Positive attitude and willingness to learn new things We especially value: · Experience in the furniture industry, public space furniture, kitchen design, or sales · Experience with ERP systems · Experience with CAD programs or furniture design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Fusion, or Winner · Knowledge of furniture frame structures and mechanisms · Knowledge of materials and furniture manufacturing While previous experience in the furniture industry is highly appreciated, the most important qualities for us are technical thinking, accuracy, and eagerness to learn.
