The role involves influencing Hollola’s vitality, service network, and responsible asset development, leading a 13-person expert team, and working closely with the board, municipal management, and other stakeholders. Your responsibilities include overall management under the board, strategy development and execution, financial, funding and investment leadership, planned property development, construction and maintenance oversight, risk management and governance, staff leadership and organisational development, owner governance reporting, and active collaboration with the municipality, authorities, and other stakeholders. Success requires a technical university degree or engineering degree, experience in demanding leadership roles in the property or facilities sector, strong financial and investment management experience, understanding of the premises leasing business, and the ability to build trust with diverse actors. Desirable: experience in municipal conglomerates and owner governance, knowledge of public procurement, energy leadership and sustainability, experience in political-administrative settings, HHJ, HHJ PJ, or RAP certification.
