Sales Specialist

Experienced sales professional who wants to focus on pure sales and receive excellent compensation for top results. We are hiring one new senior-level sales professional for our Finland field team. The role is focused solely on selling: no team leadership, no administration, and no excessive meetings. You will represent market-leading brands and sell directly to households face-to-face, taking responsibility for the entire sales process. The better your results, the more you earn. The team works across Finland, so your residence does not matter. You will travel for work—some days on the road, some at home—with territory changing frequently, providing real variety. We cover travel and accommodations and you can influence how you plan your week. We are looking for someone who has prior sales experience, works well independently, can close deals, and enjoys being rewarded for results. A willingness to travel and a valid driving license (B) are required. We offer a fixed base salary plus uncapped commission and bonus, company car and other benefits, travel expenses, accommodations and per diems paid for trips, company health care, flexibility in scheduling, and ongoing training with opportunities to join our company journeys to places like Barcelona, Miami and South Africa.
