Senior Sales Specialist Are you an experienced salesperson who wants the freedom to focus solely on sales and earn excellent compensation for top results? We are looking for one new senior-level salesperson for our field team in Finland. In this role, you focus exclusively on sales: there is no team to manage, no administration and no unnecessary meetings. You will represent leading brands and sell directly to households face to face, taking independent responsibility for the entire sales process. The better your results, the more you earn. Work that fits your life The team works across Finland, so where you live does not matter. You travel for work, spending periods on the road (often one or two weeks at a time) and corresponding time at home in between. The areas change often, so the work offers genuine variety: your days are spent with people rather than sitting behind a desk. We take care of travel and accommodation, and you have a real say in planning your own weeks. Who we are looking for A strong track record: You have sold before, and your results speak for themselves. This is a senior-level role. Independence: You work well independently towards clear targets and do not need anyone to supervise your work. People skills: You are great with people and know how to close sales. Mobility: Regular travel suits you, and you have a category B driving licence. What we offer A fixed base salary reflecting your experience, plus uncapped commission and bonus.
