Cleaner

We are seeking a motivated, proactive and reliable part-time cleaner to join our team in the Tampere region, responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our clients’ properties and premises. Your duties include regular housekeeping in various sites around Tampere, such as housing corporations, offices, and other facilities. You will ensure general cleanliness, tidiness and pleasant environments. The position is part-time with shifts mostly on weekdays; depending on the site, shifts may also be early mornings or afternoons. We expect: previous cleaning experience; a cleaning industry qualification (facility cleaner or maintenance assistant) or other suitable education is advantageous; a proactive and responsible approach; ability to work independently; good service attitude; basic Finnish; driving license B and own car are advantageous. We value cleaning industry training, but more importantly the right attitude toward work. If you do not yet have a qualification, we offer the opportunity to complete a professional qualification in cleaning and facility services on-the-job. We seek a person motivated to learn and develop their professional skills long-term. We offer a permanent position where you can work independently and take responsibility for your own sites. The role offers about 24–30 hours per week, suitable for someone who appreciates flexible part-time work. You’ll receive comprehensive onboarding, support from your supervisor and a capable, helpful team. You’ll have quality tools and work clothes, and you can further develop your skills and pursue training while working. In addition, the job follows the Property Services TES pay scale (PR2 12.59 €/h), along with comprehensive occupational health care and Edenred employee benefits after the probationary period.
