Nursery School Head Teacher

Join us in building a new daycare center in Vantaa. We are seeking an enthusiastic and development-minded daycare director to help launch a new Estonian-language preschool in Vantaa. You will lead pedagogical operations, support staff, and develop activities in collaboration with families and partners. You will help shape the culture, create a safe, child-centered learning environment, and ensure that the child’s language, identity, and individual needs are considered. Requirements include a qualification under Finnish early childhood education legislation for a daycare director, experience in pedagogical leadership in early childhood education, strong collaboration and communication skills, interest in language- and culture-aware early childhood education, Finnish language skills and willingness to work in an Estonian-language setting.
