Foster Care Supervisor

We are looking for a social and health care professional to work as an instructor in the Kanerva unit, part of Naavamäen children's homes in Turenki, Janakkala. Kanerva is a seven-place special-care foster home for 10–17-year-olds with neuropsychiatric symptoms. The role is permanent and full-time, starting as soon as possible. Responsibilities include acting as a reliable and responsible adult for the youth, sharing expertise with the team, coordinating with the youth's parents, school and network, and actively participating in quality reporting and development of care.
