Building caretaker

Oletko sinä etsimämme KIINTEISTÖHUOLLON TYÖNTEKIJÄ? We are seeking multiple workers for Kiinteistöpalvelut Laine & Nummisto Oy. The role involves basic building maintenance tasks such as adjusting ventilation and heating systems, changing filters, maintaining outdoor areas including lawn mowing and snow removal with machinery, and general upkeep of the environment, as well as repair tasks not requiring special expertise or work permits, e.g. replacing fuses and servicing taps. The work is varied and can be physically demanding and busy at times. The position offers independence, daily daytime shifts, and adherence to the property services collective agreement. Requirements include prior property maintenance experience (experience with building automation, IV systems and minor repairs is a plus), genuine interest, good physical health, proactive and autonomous attitude, strong interpersonal skills, fluent Finnish, willingness to learn, and at least a B driving license; experience with machines (e.g., wheel loader) is a plus.
