We are seeking a substitute physiotherapist for the Pohjanmaa wellbeing region, initially placed in home rehabilitation in Vaasa. The position starts 28 October 2026 and ends 28 May 2027. The home rehabilitation physiotherapist role is versatile and challenging, involving both functional capacity assessments and rehabilitation sessions at the client's home. Assessments of assistive devices and housing modifications are also important parts of the work. An interest in geriatric rehabilitation and experience of working in a home environment are considered advantageous. You must have a own car available. If you are an independent team player who enjoys developing the work, you may be the person we are looking for! Qualification: a licensed physiotherapist under the Health Care Professionals Act (559/1994). Good verbal and satisfactory written skills in both national languages. The selected candidate must have a valid vaccination under the Communicable Diseases Act (1227/2016) §48 and present a criminal record extract as provided in §6(2) of the Criminal Records Act. A probationary period will be applied.
