Finance Business Partner

We are seeking a business-oriented Finance Business Partner to support Palmia’s service business units. Come and help us make everyday life great. Your duties As a Finance Business Partner, you will act as a key financial sparring partner to business management and participate actively in business planning, profitability development and decision-making. Your duties also include profitability analyses and financial assessment of tender and competitive bidding calculations. In addition, together with the rest of the team, you will serve as a superuser for Palmia’s reporting and forecasting systems, Power BI and Adaptive. The role includes developing financial processes and playing a key part in implementing system projects. You will be responsible for financial analysis, forecasting and decision support for businesses with approximately EUR 140 million in revenue, as part of a three-person FP&A team. You will work closely with administration and the business and report to Palmia’s CFO, Siru Ormo. To succeed in the role, you need several years of experience in business-oriented finance, for example in a Business Controller, Finance Business Partner or comparable role. You have a relevant higher-education degree and communicate fluently in Finnish and English. We value strong stakeholder skills and an active willingness to collaborate with our business areas. You are approachable and inspiring and can express your views clearly. You are motivated by developing financial processes and systems and participate actively in that work.
