This vacancy is for a licensed nurse working in the Haavapienryhmä unit (burn care/ wound care) at Espoon sairaala, osasto 1. The unit has 45 beds divided into three subgroups: wound care for the elderly with healing challenges (15), psycho-geriatry (15), and general geriatrics (15). The nurse is responsible for medication management and overall care delivery, supporting patient rehabilitation together with the unit's therapists, and coordinating with relatives and networks. The role includes participation in internal trainings and development opportunities, and integration into the hospital's joint working groups. On-site work is organized in shifts; this position is a 3-shift role. The start date is to be agreed with the selected candidate. We value hospital experience, multidisciplinary teamwork, development-mindedness, adaptability, wound care expertise, active licenses, geriatric care and rehabilitation experience, and fluent Finnish. The unit aims to support rehabilitation and return patients home after treatment. We offer lunch benefit and a yearly 300 EUR for culture/wellbeing/sports/travel tickets, plus access to Eduhouse and Oppiport online trainings.

Requirements
- Licensed nurse
- Wound care experience (haavahoito) is a plus
- Fluent Finnish
- Vaccinations under infectious diseases act 48§ and tuberculosis screening under §55
- Possession of current medication administration license (lääkehoitolupa)
- Capability to work in a multi-disciplinary team
