The first-line supervisor's task is to ensure the conditions for staff success and to secure high-quality, safe, and resident-oriented care work. You will serve as the group leader for nursing staff and be responsible for the functional and financial whole of your own operational area, development work, and change management. The role includes monitoring compliance with instructions, agreements, and laws regarding nursing care, addressing deviations, and reporting to the management team. The first-line supervisor also plays a key role in self-monitoring, risk management, handling safety issues, and creating a positive attitude environment within the work community. As a first-line supervisor, you are responsible, among other things, for ensuring that: · staff have the conditions to perform high-quality and resident-oriented care work · daily operations are smooth, safe, and in line with goals · personnel resources, work organization, and overall operations are managed · self-monitoring, risk management, orientation, and quality development are implemented in practice · instructions, agreements, and laws regarding nursing care are followed · observed deficiencies and deviations are addressed constructively and without delay · an open, responsible, and developing operational culture is strengthened in the work community · cooperation with the multidisciplinary team and the management team is close and goal-oriented We require a suitable UAS-level degree in the social and health care field, such as a degree in geronursing, social services, or nursing, or other suitable UAS-level education in the social and health care field. Patient safety, high-quality social care, and the professional expertise required for the work are emphasized in this position.
