Early Childhood Education Teacher

We are seeking an Early Childhood Education Teacher for a permanent position starting January 1, 2027. The foundation of quality early childhood education is built on warm, respectful interaction between the educator and the child, a shared value base within the work community, and pedagogical planning, development, and evaluation. You will work with children of different ages in a group setting and bring strong teamwork and communication skills and an enthusiastic approach. At the start of the position you will work at Simon kindergarten in the under-3 age group. The qualification for an Early Childhood Education Teacher is the eligibility described in the Early Childhood Education Act (540/2018) and the transition provisions for staff under the act (75§). Employment terms are determined by the municipal teaching staff collective agreement (OVTES). The task-specific salary for the position is 3,089.57 €/month. The position includes a six (6) month probation period. Before assuming the position, the applicant must provide a signed medical certificate of health and a criminal background check for working with children, as required by law (504/2002), within 30 days of notification of the decision. diplomas should be presented during possible interview.
