Salesforce Solution Architect

Position: Salesforce Solution Technical Architect – focus on Revenue Cloud and CPQ About the Role:We are looking for a technical leader with strong Salesforce expertise and exceptional stakeholder management skills. This role combines deep technical solution design with the ability to lead client workshops, manage expectations, and drive strategic conversations. You will architect and deliver complex Lead-to-Cash solutions while acting as a trusted advisor to senior business stakeholders. An exciting project is already available for you to start immediately, so you’ll hit the ground running and make an impact from day one. We also expect you to be a thought leader in Quote-to-Cash, shaping best practices, influencing solution strategy, and guiding clients toward innovative revenue operations. Key Responsibilities:Design and implement Salesforce multi-cloud solutions (Revenue Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Manufacturing Cloud).Lead technical architecture for CPQ solutions integrated with ERP, PLM, and pricing systems.Facilitate client workshops and guide stakeholders through solution concepts and process improvements.Act as a thought leader for Quote-to-Cash processes, advising on strategy and innovation.Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs and oversee delivery.Manage cross-functional teams and ensure alignment between technical and business objectives.Required Skills & Experience:10+ years in sales, delivery, and product management with strong Salesforce expertise.Proven experience in CPQ architecture and multi-cloud Salesforce implementations.At least 1–2 Revenue Cloud projects (RLM, RCA, or RCB) successfully delivered.Ability to lead workshops, communicate complex concepts clearly, and build stakeholder trust.Strong analytical mindset and hands-on technical skills in configuration and solution design.Excellent communication and facilitation skills for client workshops.Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence decision-making.Collaborative leadership style with a focus on delivering business value.Certifications (Preferred):Advanced AdministratorApplication ArchitectB2B Solution ArchitectManufacturing Cloud ConsultantRevenue Cloud ConsultantCPQ SpecialistWhy Join Us?You’ll work on cutting-edge Salesforce projects, combining technical depth with strategic client engagement.
