We operate in Finland, Sweden and Denmark. Element assembly technicians will join Parmaco's production team at the Leppävirta factory to manufacture large construction elements. The role is practical, with many repetitive steps; accuracy and a long-term approach are important. Work is in two shifts on weekdays, involving assembly of floor, roof and wall elements, painting and outfitting modules, and using various tools and lifting devices. You will work from element drawings, ensuring quality and safety. Requirements include practical experience in construction, ability to read element drawings, good physical condition, motivation and teamwork, Finnish language proficiency and Finnish citizenship due to customer-site safety requirements. A safety card is advantageous.
