Our work is based on the vision of Vanda City's Swedish-speaking service area: We grow, play and learn together for a sustainable future. During the 2026–2027 operational year, we work specifically with themes: language and communication, play, well-being. Our unit also participates in the ProSmå project, which aims to strengthen children’s socioemotional skills and promote positive interactions throughout the day care. A brand-new day care Silva will replace the current Håkansböle; to be ready autumn 2027 with modern premises supporting pedagogy, collaboration and sustainable everyday life for both children and staff. As a staff member you will have the opportunity to be part of an exciting journey and contribute to shaping the operation in a new day care with focus on pedagogy, community and the child’s best. The job: as a caregiver you offer the children safety, care and support in daily life. You will be part of the pedagogical team and collaborate with multiprofessional actors. You contribute actively to developing an inclusive organizational culture across the unit. We expect that you: have good ability to cooperate in a team; communicate safely and respectfully with children, colleagues and guardians; meet the children with sensitivity based on their individual needs.
