Attendo is looking for instructors for the new Attendo Kotikulma in Kirkkonummi, a 24-hour service home for adults with intellectual disabilities opening in October. The home consists of three group homes with five residents each. In this role, you will help build a new home from the ground up, creating the operational culture and ensuring a safe and meaningful daily life for residents. Key responsibilities include providing care and guidance, supporting residents in their daily lives, planning meaningful activities and hobbies, and promoting residents' functional capacity and self-determination. You will also create service implementation plans and conduct RAI functional capacity assessments, working as part of a multidisciplinary team in cooperation with relatives and other partners. The position is full-time and permanent, starting on October 1, 2026, with 2- or 3-shift work. Requirements include a vocational qualification in social and health care (practical nurse), Love medication permits (or readiness to obtain them), vaccination protection according to the Communicable Diseases Act, a hygiene passport, and fluent Finnish. Experience with adults with intellectual disabilities and Swedish language skills are considered an advantage.

Requirements

- Fluent Finnish language skills
- Criminal record extract (for work with minors, elderly, and disabled)

- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
