As a Sales Assistant you are the heartbeat of this experience: a service professional who can resolve situations calmly and work autonomously even when tasks are many. What does the job involve? - Serve customers kindly and efficiently – also during peak times. - Manage cash register operations, products, services and upselling with a relaxed approach. - Present and confidently promote new products and promotions. - Ensure the kiosk is clean, inviting and well-stocked. - Contribute to smooth daily operations: customers, colleagues and you enjoy the kiosk together. We recruit on-call sales assistants for R-kiosk. Gig work suits students too and requires flexibility. The workload varies with kiosk needs, for example during sickness absences, holidays or busy shifts. We value - Previous customer service experience - Interest in café and deli worlds - Experience in board game sales and postal operations Requirements - Friendly and cheerful customer service attitude - Energetic sales mindset - Independent and responsible approach to work - Hygienic pass (if you don’t have a pass yet, you can complete it during the probation period) - Willingness to work in two shifts - At least 18 years old - We will check credit information as part of the recruitment process
